PARENTS ASSOCIATION LIABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME
Brennan Insurances have worked closely with the NPC Primary in designing an insurance scheme specifically tailored to the needs of Parents Associations.
The scheme is available to Associations of both Primary and Post Primary Schools and protects Associations from claims arising in connection with events they organise such as meetings, sports days, fund raisers or sales of work (see Summary of Policy Cover below for further details).
Why you should take out Parent Association Liability Insurance
As a separate legal entity to your school, your Parents Association can be sued in its own right. Therefore it is essential that you protect the Association and its members from claims.
Our scheme offers: -
- Public Liability Insurance Cover- provides cover for claims made by the public for bodily injury or damage to their property up to a limit of €13 million any one accident.
- Employers Liability Insurance Cover- provides cover for claims made by employees for bodily injury up to a limit of €13 million any one accident.
- €65 discount for Associations affiliated to the NCP Primary / Post Primary. This offers you even better value for money.
